The present Stockholm University Library consists of a main library and eight branch libraries.
The Library is one of Sweden's largest research
libraries, with over 2.5 million printed volumes, 100 databases and
8,000 e-journals. It is one of Stockholm's most visited cultural
institutions, with approx. 1.6 million visitors annually.
Most of the different libraries are on the
Frescati campus, although some of them are at the University's
other teaching locations in Stockholm.

textbook collections are located in the Swedish Film Institute
